This book is a follow up to Debbie Samson's autobiography, "A Recipe for C-PTSD & PNES". Although she was in a peaceful place at the end of her book, C-PTSD wouldn't allow her to stay there. In "My Body Remembered" Debbie invites you into her healing journey using Psychedelic Cannabis Assisted Self-Therapy (PCAST(c)). She outlines the Steps she followed, on her own, to work through the healing process. She gives insight into the "7 Steps of Healing Trauma with PCAST". During a deeply spiritual treatment with Psychedelic Cannabis Debbie was inspired to rewrite the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, and shares her personal, no holds barred take on these Steps, and how she used them to heal.
