Rex gets his girlfriend, Cindy, and four other friends together for the investigation. They almost immediately discover strange things about the hotel. They also discover the hotel is not as empty as they thought. An old woman named Betty is there, and claims to be the housemaid.
They soon discover that the Madison is truly haunted and try to escape, but how many will survive? And how many will not?
