Return of the Russian Czar

The author, Matt Drozd served at the Pentagon and the State Department at the highest level of the military command for three Chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Secretary of Defense, and for the Secretary of State. He is a highly decorated veteran who protected our embassies and troops during 9-11. He received several decorations including one for saving the lives of sailors.
