The pastoral-preaching ministry is God given. This book shows the successes and failures, the rise and fall, the highs and lows, and the losses and gains ministers may experience from beginning to end. This book is a first-hand experience of Clifford Eugene McLain's successes and self-inflicted injuries.
He has been blessed to have formal education and training from what only experience can give a God called minister. The blessing of being born in the home of a strong preaching father and a loving Christian mother who both insisted on formal education for all of their children is positive. Service, sacrifice, and uncommon faith with a generous spirit will overcome almost any obstacle.
This is a book based on honesty, good, and unfortunate experiences. But with God, anyone can overcome any of life's challenges.
