ՀԱՅԿԻ ՈՐՍՆ ՈՒ ՔԱՂԱԾ ԴԱՍԸ is an engaging picture book in Armenian with captivating water color illustrations for nature loving boys and girls between the ages 3-8. The story is about a curious child named Haik who loves catching bugs and lizards outside. One day he catches a lizard and sets it free inside the house creating chaos at home as Haik and his father are chasing after the lizard to catch him. Chaos soon turns into tears for Haik, when his father decides to set the lizard free. Haik's parents use this as a teachable moment to educate Haik about the importance of letting wild animals live free in nature where they belong. They encourage him to observe and research insects and reptiles from a distance now to help them when he grows up.
