Josh ran into the house and announced that he and Pauli had found a tent city at the park. Josh and Pauli had never heard of such a thing. While on a bike ride one day, Pauli's bike pedal fell off her bike. They were trying fix it when Liberty and George, who were residents of the tent city, came along and helped them.
When they told their parents about Liberty and George, and they were told to stay away from the tent city residents. But the kids liked their new friends and wanted to learn more about them and the place where they lived. So, Grandma Gray Bonnet, with the approval of the kids parents joined them on their quest to help the residents of the tent city before winter set in. Thus began a new adventure for Josh, Pauli and Grandma Gray Bonnets.
