The Lord Who Heals You

Healing was front and centre of Jesus' own ministry and central, along with forgiveness and eternal salvation, in the work of the Cross of Calvary. Yet, it can so often be seen as peripheral or a niche area by many believers today. This despite the enormous sacrifice Jesus made for it to be otherwise.

God has promised to be our Healer and has made full provision for this in the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. A combination of the ministry of the Holy Spirit and the power of the Word of God releases that divine healing to us today. He wants His Body well!

According to John 21:25 Jesus did so many things, that all the books in the world would not be enough to contain them. Yet, the Holy Spirit in inspiring Scripture, chose a few encounters to be recorded for all time for our instruction. This is because they contain important aspects that He wants to highlight to us, to apply to our own lives and equip us to minister to others.
