This book, purely from my heart and led by the Holy Spirit, is not associated with or focused on any specific church or denomination. However, this book is centered on scripture and biblical references to help assess, guide, and propel church leadership from being W.I.M.P.S. to being Kingdom-builders. This book, W.I.M.P.S., is an acronym noting what church leadership should strive NOT to be. To support your growth while reading this book, the end of each chapter includes personalized reflective questions. These questions will help guide you through the scriptures and testimonies. In addition to this book, open discussions will be available in person and online to further propel the ministry's mission.
