Whispers in the Dark

This book of poetry provides an outlet for those who have struggled to deal with the death of a loved one, the vast and unending obstacles in life, personal challenges, toxic relationships, mental and emotional stress, and self-isolation. While these things are commonplace within our society, how we deal with, approach and react to these episodes in life is quite another story, especially when our voices are left silent and we ignore the situation. As individuals, we all experience setbacks, disappointment, pain, grief, and loss. The goal is to acknowledge, discuss, and grapple with the problem in a healthy and constructive manner, so we can salvage the core essence of our purpose in life which is to survive physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and wholeheartedly. Just remember that we all deserve love, peace, and happiness. It is within us all to obtain those things for ourselves. Nothing is impossible when you take a breath, claim the goal, and bring your hopes and dreams into fruition. Principally, it is the seed that we plant for our lives that will actualize and materialize the future we truly desire. This is because attainment, achievement, and accomplishment are within our very fingertips, and no one and nothing can take that away from us.
