They are the Chudii. Small, spiky-elbowed creatures with eyes full of mischief and ideas. Forgotten by humans long ago, they now hide beneath a magical dome powered by the Crystal. The village of the Chudii is a place where trash becomes architecture - and love can trigger a climate catastrophe.
Virmul is a young Chud with big dreams and even bigger problems. All he wants is to prove himself to Varvara - the most beautiful Chud in the village. With his loyal (and eternally anxious) friend Vurpin, he hatches the dumbest plan imaginable: to steal cold... straight from a human household.
"Alexander Ivanovich and the Cold Thieves" is a whimsical fantasy filled with humor, friendship, magic, misunderstood little creatures - and the desperate attempt to save not just a village, but themselves. Because sometimes, to warm a heart... you need a little cold.
