Christmas in July: Christmas Town Series Book 2

Christmas in July is Book #2 of the Christmas Town Series. It is a celebration of Christmas, and what it means to so many people on a year-round and daily basis. In this installment, our hometown hero doesn't spend any time resting on his laurels. Our story continues, with our now 13-year-old young man needing to once again take action to solve some very serious problems that arise for him personally, as well as for his town. This coming-of-age story doesn't disappoint, and all aspects of the storyline move forward in a compelling way, including his relationship with Sally.

The Christmas Town Series is a beautiful, heartwarming, coming-of-age story of a boy who goes from being impoverished and bullied, to a young man who becomes a celebrated town hero and business prodigy. His heart is always in the right place, and he does everything for the right reasons.

We follow the main character's life journey, as he navigates serious real-world challenges. The Christmas Town Series is not only a year-round celebration of Christmas, but it is a character study in compassion, decency, and integrity. It is about young people taking responsibility for their own actions and for the future of their community. It is also about the very deep and meaningful relationships which develop between our main character and various adults who surround him.

Books 1 and 2 of the series are for 'General Audiences' of all ages. Beginning with Book 3, our main character is well into adolescence, and as such, there is a teen romance theme to the storyline. As the installments and romance storyline progresses, there are scenes of implied intimacy. Books 3 and above might be classified as "PG-13," and parental guidance is suggested. With that said, the developing adult relationship between our young characters serves as an excellent example for our young people of what a loving, respectful, and responsible relationship might look like.
