Echoes of the Underworld

Athens, Greece. 420 BCE. During the late Spring Equinox, while the feud between Athens and Sparta is high, a mysterious string of murders begin to occur in the Grecian capital city. Athens, as powerful as it is, wasn't prepared for darkness lurking within the city's walls. Someone appears to be stalking, and killing victims in no particular order and with nothing in common. A strange serial is loose, and the murders appear to be a form of unnatural sacrifice...one that mocks the very religious beliefs of Greece and its people. A young scholar named Olympiodoros and his friend, Alexios soon take on the task of finding this killer. One that mysteriously leaves a narcissus flower with each victim they claim. Olympiodoros knows there is some kind of pattern that everyone is missing, and he knows the killer isn't going to stop anytime soon. A threat is breathing in plain sight...one that is born with a madness in disguise. Olympiodoros must find this killer before another victim is claimed, all while discovering more about himself along the journey. With Alexios close in hand, the two men will bring justice to the city they love and admire, facing any dangers along the way.
