From Darkness Into The Light

In a short amount of time lives can be altered forever. No one understands that better than Lena McKay. Her life changed forever the night her father who was a police officer was killed in the line of duty. That night inspired her to become an ER nurse where she spends her days saving lives while quietly drowning in the weight of her past.

Years later fate intervenes when Lena is asked to help a pregnant woman who has been injured in a robbery. Instantly she felt a pull towards the woman and meets two handsome and wealthy brothers, Justin and Luke. As Justin, the woman's husband, struggles to accept what has happened to his precious wife, Lena is there to offer support. Her personal experience helps Justin overcome his grief and the two develop a bond. While Justin leans on Lena, she is fighting an undeniable sexual attraction to his brother, Luke.

Although Luke who is a single father is loving and caring with both his son and his brother, he does not believe that he is capable of love. Lena fears if she gives into that attraction, he will lead her down a dark path that she has fought so hard to stay out of since her teen years.
