Various Applications of Digital Holography

Holography, one of the scientific and technological achievements of mankind, has been widely used, ranging from three-dimensional information analysis of objects to various measurement, virtual reality, and augmented reality technology. Holography is now becoming more and more widely applied, and the concept of holography is increasing. Digital holography is a branch of optics that analyzes, synthesizes, and models the wave field by means of computers, optical sensors, and computational techniques. Digital holography is widely used in deformation measurement, grain size analysis, non-destructive testing, etc. because of its ability to analyze the 3D information of objects in real time, high accuracy, and high measurement speed. This book is written for the purpose of giving the applications of holography, including measurement of deformation of objects and analysis of particle distribution by digital holography.
