Updated Pandit Ji is a story of a young man who, like contemporary spoiled children, kept a proper distance from studies and embraced new tech trends such as Orkut, Facebook, and YouTube to an addictive extent, leaving him with nothing. In the crisis of livelihood, he remembered that his father had a hereditary business through which he could sustain his life. He began to try to take up this business, but by then, it was losing its respect in society. After countless efforts to understand the business, when he failed, he began to make changes according to his understanding. His modifications not only brought him a significant name and status, but also the opportunity to work for the richest person in the city. The hereditary business in question is purohiti/panditai. He earned the title of Updated Pandi Ji because of his efforts to modernize it.
