Zack and the Bud Stalk
By B. Highman
Zack's life was running on empty-just a down-on-his-luck handyman with a stash, a couple of odd jobs, and no real plan. Then a stranger hands him two mysterious, leopard-spotted seeds, and his stoner fantasy adventure begins.
Expecting nothing more than some kind bud, Zack plants them in his kitchen. Overnight, roots tear through the floor, and a skyscraper-sized cannabis stalk blasts his entire house into the clouds. Suddenly, Zack, his girlfriend M.J., and his ride-or-die friend Han are trapped in a weed-themed world of high-flying danger.
Up above, the rules are different. Greedy giants guard their treasure, bizarre inventions like the LongBongThromBombulator spark chaos, and a magical plant with a mind of its own threatens to pull them into an epic quest they never signed up for. Between twisted villains, adult fairy tale parody hijinks, and pothead adventure story mishaps, Zack's crew must figure out how to get home-before the stalk claims them for good.
Packed with cannabis comedy, outrageous characters, and a hilarious modern Jack and the Beanstalk retelling, Zack and the Bud Stalk is a 420 fiction novel for anyone who loves humorous fantasy adventure, epic quests with weed, and trips that go way beyond the couch.
