Imagine for a moment that every person could take a journey toward loving themselves without reservation and accepting themselves without judgment. In turn, imagine they would then be able to treat all others with that same unreserved, nonjudgmental love. If this were so, there would be no room for hatred, anger, or judgment. In Whispers from Beyond, author Dr. John Stewart shares his journey from science to spirit through observations of fourteen real-life patients under hypnotic regression to past traumas in this or in previous lives, to their spirit guides, and to their own spiritual core. He describes his process in providing mental health care using analytical hypnotherapy and regression to past trauma. Along the way, he explores how his traditional analytical therapy approach has evolved through his experiences and learning with and from his patients, expanding his focus to spirit and spirit guide connections as a path to healing and resolution. Intended for both therapists and patients who have not uncovered the root causes of problems despite prolonged therapy as well as those interested in spiritual beliefs, life after death, or previous lives, this collection presents the stories of fourteen patients experiencing regression to past traumas, to their spirit guides, and to their spiritual cores.
