An elderly man goes shopping, passes out, and wakes up imprisoned in an odd room. He has no idea where he is or what his captors want from a retiree. They are perfect physical specimens of Homo Sapiens, but peculiar and secretive, and matters are only getting stranger.
The ordeal takes him to the stars, on a convoluted journey of imprisonment, agony, and betrayal, but also one of self-discovery. Will he uncover the one sharp needle in the monumental haystack of ignorance? Will he find the love that eluded him all his life or a gruesome end at the hands of a lover?
