There are questions and journaling prompts based on each of the 26 weeks in the companion devotional book. The questions are designed to prompt you to take time to dig a little deeper into that week's Scripture and other sources used in the devotional book. Some of the journalizing prompt invite you to reflect on your own life experiences and to put your thoughts in writing.

Cold weather is difficult for many people. Cool temperatures and sudden changes in the weather can wreak havoc with people who have Fibromyalgia, Seasonal Affective Disorder, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Arthritis, and other illnesses and conditions.
