Mira is Scared of the Dark was written to help children who tend to worry about things outside of their control, such as the dark, germs, illness, or whether others like them, learn to focus their energy on what they can control to become brave and resilient.

Through the story, children learn to focus on what they can control, step into their personal power and build confidence and resilience for life's ups and downs

It's a gentle, story-based way to help children turn worries into strengths.

Wise for my Size, Mira is scared of the Dark, is part of a wider coaching programme for parents and children.

It is an empowering approach that teaches children essential life skills through activities, games and stories. The Wise for My Size method helps young people develop soaring self-esteem, strong self-confidence, achieve their goals, manage mistakes, handle stress and anxiety, build resilience, and deal with peer pressure.
