Health IT as a factor promoting regional development

Ms. Leandro Borges - Holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Uni緌 dos Cursos Superiores SEB (2007), a master's degree in Regional Development from Centro Universit嫫io de Franca - Uni-FACEF (2013), an MBA in IT Management from Funda誽o Getio Vargas (2012) and is a Clinical Engineer from Instituto Israelita de Ensino Albert Einstein de Ensino (2015). She has been a higher education lecturer since 2012. His areas of research are related to computer networks, virtualisation, cloud computing and IT management. Dr. Daniel Facciolo Pires - Graduated in Computer Science from the Federal University of Uberl滱dia-MG (1998). Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of S緌 Paulo (USP) / ICMC / S緌 Carlos-SP (2000). PhD in Physics Applied to Medicine and Biology from the University of S緌 Paulo (USP) / FFCLRP / Ribeir緌 Preto-SP. He has been a higher education professor since 2000, teaching subjects in the areas of Computer Systems. His areas of research are related to Semantic Web and Biomedical Informatics, particularly in the representation, retrieval, processing and storage of documents, information and knowledge (interoperable systems).
