无量寿经Wu Liang Shou Jing

Wu Liang Shou Jing is a Buddhist classic. Its full title is "The Sutra of the Buddha Spoken of the Great Vehicle of Infinite Life, Adorned with Purity, and Equal Enlightenment." It is one of the three Pure Land Sutras. This sutra describes the causal practice of the Buddha Amitabha, his attainment of Buddhahood, the splendor of his land, and his acceptance of rebirth in that land by sentient beings who chant the Buddha's name from all directions. This sutra has twelve translations, five of which are extant, seven lost, and four collected and abridged versions. The sutra describes the great vows of the Buddha Amitabha to guide sentient beings, the beauty of the Pure Land, and the filthiness of the Saha world.

无量寿经是一部佛教经典。全称《佛说大乘无量寿庄严清净平等觉经》。净土三经之一。此经说无量寿佛(阿弥陀佛)的因地修行，果满成佛，国土庄严，摄受十方念佛众生往生彼国等事。此经前后有十二译，存五译、失七译，会集、节略本四本。 经中介绍了阿弥陀佛(无量寿佛)接引众生的大愿、极乐世界的美好景象，以及娑婆世界的污秽不堪等内容。
