Since there is no single progression that all fully agree to, the Todd Parr Phonics scope & sequence was formulated to be as inclusive as possible. It roughly aligns with several of the major programs--Blevins, Fundations, UFLI, PAF, LETRS as well as IMSE and Recipe for Reading (Orton-Gillingham approach).
