The Year of Cooking Fish

Cooking fish should be easy to do, right? Not quite. It's different with most every sea creature. Not terribly different from a marriage, you might believe. Complex perhaps yet with the simplest of ingredients-two people who share a common goal. Call it happiness, security-or maybe something else they both want though can't find. Follow one man's journey in the kitchen and outside to find some sanity in his new marriage with a young daughter from the first one. Stand next to him at the hot stove as he saut廥 squid in its own ink, offering up a part of himself, his feet on the quicksand of a rapidly changing life.
