About the Author:

James "Jay" Wise was born in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1971, into a traditional Southern family grounded in faith, grit, and hard work. Raised by a devoted mother and surrounded by firefighters, entrepreneurs, and construction workers, Jay grew up believing that success came from pulling yourself up by your bootstraps. But beneath the surface of his blue-collar upbringing and small-town values was a deep yearning for something more; truth, purpose, and inner peace. After serving in the U.S. Army from 1989 to 1992, Jay built a career in the trades, first as an electrician and later as a journeyman lineman. On the outside, he had the "American Dream", a steady career, a family, and financial stability. Yet inside, he felt a growing emptiness, a call toward something greater than material success.

In 2015, that call became impossible to ignore. During a night of deep emotional pain, sitting alone on his sofa, Jay broke down and prayed for answers. What followed was a profound spiritual awakening that changed the trajectory of his life forever. A chance encounter with a misplaced thrift-store book, The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, became the spark that ignited his journey into self-discovery, healing, and transformation.

Today, Jay Wise is a world-class transformation coach, speaker, and author, known for his raw authenticity, high energy, spiritual insight, and ability to guide others through their own awakenings. His teachings blend psychology, spirituality, and mindset mastery to help others break free from generational conditioning, awaken their potential, and live with purpose and peace. When he's not coaching or speaking, Jay can be found journaling under a tree or by the ocean, exploring nature, or planning transformational retreats designed to help others remember who they truly are.
