I had to leave. I didn't have another choice. He convinced me I'm the catalyst that will cause the end of our worlds. He threatened everyone I love, and now I'm left with nothing but blank spaces in my mind.

I was born with more power than any of them. It's why I'm feared in the place I call home. It's the reason he broke me down until I had no one else to turn to but him. Going to my brother was the last resort. He didn't believe me. None of them did.

One month later, I'm in the mundane world, living with a secret I have to hide, with a taste for trouble. It's not my fault, I'm a magnet for it, and it follows me wherever I go.

I'm trying to blend in as one of them. I thought I was doing well, but as the days go by, I've realised I can no longer keep hidden what's lurking inside.

Nightmares, dreams, all merging into one, and they're crawling under my skin, invading every waking moment.
