Surviving Trauma

There is trauma being faced everyday and there is no age barrier on who becomes its victims. This book addresses various situations people are dealing with on a daily basis, and whether they have had any closure to these tragic life experiences. Traumatic events often create feelings that lead them into depression, hopelessness, and often a life of putting on a face of false happiness. Is it possible to overcome the hurt and pain that trauma has caused? Are there practical and powerful steps someone can take to set themselves free from a life of captivating pain and loss? The answer is yes. However, it takes the victims willingness to help the change and healing actually take place. The stories in this book are true. Only their names have been changed. I was either involved with the situations, was there first hand and witnessed the traumatic events, or I personally know the people involved. My goal is to help give you hope and free you, or someone you know, from the hurt and pain that is always there.
