Hold My Hand

Hold My Hand is a collection of short stories for children aged 9 to 14 years. These stories are an attempt to softly venture into the emotional worlds of children and of the adults who guide them. Each story tries to delve deep into the conviction and understanding required by every child and the unsaid words that shape his sense of safety and self-worth.Be the anchor that allows a child to trust, speak, and grow with confidence.

Let's not treat the stories as mere fiction. We need to revisit them, discuss them with children, and do the suggested follow-up activities with different groups of children. This will allow each lesson to settle in more deeply. We may be a parent, a grandparent, an elder sibling, a teacher, or a caregiver; our approach can shape that child's understanding of the world in lasting ways. Creating safe spaces for children is not a one-time task, but a shared, enduring commitment.
