A hurricane is slowly bearing down on Houston. Against the backdrop of this looming threat, Little John is being blown around aimlessly by the winds of his life. He spends his time tending his late father's dive bar, drinking and smoking too much, and wrestling with his conscience about his failed marriage and the son he rarely sees. But when his friend Worm hands him a suspicious backpack full of cash-and a gun-and Ruby, the love of his life, shows up after years away, Little John finds himself caught in a deadly, heartbreaking whirlwind that rivals any hurricane Mother Nature can throw his way. It's shaping up to be a hell of a weekend.
