Blankettschuldverhaltnisse stehen in einem Spannungsverhaltnis zum schuldrechtlichen Bestimmtheitsgebot, dessen Inhalt und Leitgedanken ausfuhrlich analysiert werden. Der Autor untersucht die drei zentralen Wege, auf denen die Parteien ihr Schuldverhaltnis konkretisieren konnen: durch eigene Festlegung (mittels Erganzungsvertrag), durch Ubertragung der Bestimmungsbefugnis auf eine Partei oder einen Dritten sowie durch eine automatisierte Anknupfung an einen Referenzwert.
