Yes, it is true that God does speak through His Word, but the wonderful and glorious news is that God does speak to His children. He has a voice, we have ears, and there is definite communication! We live in spiritual dark times of twisted narratives, lies, distortion, and deafening noise. We need to be able to hear God's voice to walk in His truth. And we need to hear His voice to walk in God's wisdom. Godly wisdom comes by fearing the Lord, obeying Him, seeking Him, and walking in His Spirit. Such wisdom speaks not of foolishness, ignorance, or deception as we see so often in Churches, but it speaks of God's will, His plan, His Kingdom, His Truth, and His Way. May we seek the Lord day and night. May we desire to hear His voice, and like Solomon asked, may we seek God's wisdom to avoid foolishness and going astray down destructive paths.
