Bound to Witness is a quiet science-fiction novel about observation, restraint, and the cost of not intervening.
Told through a series of reconstructed records, the story follows an observer assigned to a closed world designed for study-not rescue. His role is simple: watch, document, and remain silent. For a long time, that silence works.

Then he meets Rin.

As the world reveals its limits-geographic, structural, and moral-the boundary between witnessing and choosing begins to erode. Decisions are delayed. Consequences accumulate. And the system meant to remain untouched starts to fracture under the weight of human presence.
