Forever Together

As adults we tend to overlook signs of grief in our children as they are feeling new, big emotions and don't quite know how to process them. This book was created as a tool to comfort these big worries as they cope with missing their favorite person and giving them confidence in expressing these feelings with you.

Reading this story with your little one, you grow to understand the relationship that the group of bug friends have with each other. This includes playing and enjoying yummy meals, indicating that they have a strong bond!

One day, the caterpillar of the bug group climbs into their cocoon, and the bugs don't quite understand where their friend has gone, and they miss their friend a lot.

Steps toward healing include:

-Reflecting on their favorite person's favorite things
-Reminiscing on memories they have experienced with their favorite person
-Understanding that it is okay to be sad
-Sharing their feelings with others
-Growing confidence in knowing that their favorite person is always with them, no matter what!
