商品簡介
Jesus' life was framed in prayer. Not only in moments of triumph, but in solitude, exhaustion, uncertainty, sorrow, and suffering. He prayed before decisions, after long days, in the face of opposition, and on the eve of the cross. His prayers reveal not only his divinity but also his deep humanity. The Prayers and Concerns of Jesus invites readers to follow Christ into those sacred moments. Drawing from Scripture, historical context, and pastoral reflection, Rev. Dr. Daniel A. Kolke explores the personal, practical, pastoral, and passion-filled prayers of Jesus, revealing how prayer shaped his mission, sustained his obedience, and prepared him for suffering, love, and sacrifice. More than a study of biblical texts, this book is an invitation: to pray as Jesus prayed, to bring our own concerns honestly before God, and to learn how prayer forms a life of faith, compassion, endurance, and hope. For anyone seeking a deeper, more authentic prayer life, this book offers wisdom rooted in Scripture and lived experience, pointing us again and again to the One who knelt before the Father and taught us how to pray.
