Educators, families, and mental health professionals play vital roles in supporting young people with mental health challenges. Their collaboration empowers the community by encouraging open communication and fostering an environment where everyone feels valued. I am sincerely grateful to the community that supported me, especially during my periods of absence while I was organising my thoughts and writing.
