Identifying the source of our thoughts can be done when we accept we have multiple sources for those thoughts, our human brain, for Christians, there is the Holy Spirit, and everyone also gets thoughts planted by demons, something I once would have never thought possible. Suicide is a form of temptation that people don't recognize comes because a spiritual force is exerting influence. This book is designed to train you to combat those forces in a way science won't provide. Once we have the right knowledge, winning battles of this type gets easier with practice and the Holy Spirit's help and the authority Jesus provides.
