The 5 Year Grief Journal is a new spin on the concept of a 5 year journal. The 5 Year Grief Journal will help you process and record how you feel, specifically about your grief, across 5 years. Each page (date) provides 5 slots (one per year) to share, concluding with a time capsule of how you moved through your grief in this time span.
This is an approachable way to share your grief journey and reflect on how it evolves over time. So much can happen in 5 years, especially with your grief journey. The daily prompt is to simply share 3 words to describe your grief. There is space to write more if you wish. At each month and year mark, new and thoughtful prompts are offered at each juncture. There is also designated space to jot down memories as they come up while you journal.
