The book unfolds through three workshops. Its introduction explores trial, patience, and trust in God through the example of the Messenger of Allah [peace and blessings be upon Him], drawing on Holy Qur'an, al-Muzzammil and al-Muddaththir.
The workshops that follow turn theory into practice, built around the supplications of Adam [peace be upon Him], Yunus (Jonah) [peace be upon Him], Ayub (Job) [peace be upon Him], Musa (Moses) [peace be upon Him], and the Companions of the Cave (Ashab al-Kahf), as well as a story from a hadith of the Messenger of Allah [peace and blessings be upon Him].
Each workshop moves through ten stages - from concept-building and verse analysis to integration with modern psychology, guided exercises, journaling, and life application.
