The research is hijacked by The Piranha, an anonymous criminal mastermind and serial killer who intends to sell the 'Formula' to enemies of the USA for the creation of super soldiers with super strength and advanced cognitive functions. Dogged by assassins, Ethan nearly gets killed, loses his memory, his wife is kidnapped, and three acquaintances are captured for the human trials phase. Ethan must rescue his wife, infiltrate the heavily guarded lab complex, free the human guinea pigs, and unmask The Piranha before the evolution of the human race is radically corrupted...and doomed.
