From Hope for the Heart's 40-year ministry comes a 10-week Bible study that helps you navigate anxiety and discover lasting peace through God's Word. Anxiety wears many faces.
Sometimes anxiety grows from brokenness. Sometimes it comes from uncertainty, grief, conflict, exhaustion, or circumstances beyond your control. Whatever weighs heavy on your heart, God invites you to bring it to Him.
In
Cast Your Cares, you'll journey through the lives of the Bible's most familiar figures to discover that anxiety is not a modern struggle. God's people have always wrestled with fear, pain, doubt, and stress. Week by week, you'll walk alongside Adam and Eve, Moses, David, Elijah, Jonah, Mary, Martha, Peter, Paul, and Jesus--to see how God sustained them in their toughest moments. As you step into each character's story, you'll learn that anxiety is not a sign of spiritual failure, but a place where He meets you with compassion and care.
Each week, you will:
- Explore a different source of anxiety through the lens of biblical characters.
- Engage with Scripture through guided reading, insightful questions, prayer, and gratitude.
- Recognize how anxiety impacts your life and find clear steps forward.
- Learn how to deepen your trust in the One who can carry your burdens.
Whether you're battling constant worry, navigating a difficult season, or simply longing for peace, this ten-week study offers biblical wisdom, honest encouragement, and practical help.
You don't have to face anxiety alone.
Come discover the God who pursues the broken, strengthens the weary, comforts the grieving, calms the fearful, and invites you to cast every care upon Him ... because He cares for you.
