商品簡介
"Creating Micro-Enterprises in Haiti" is a training manual that proposes a solution to the problem of labor market integration for young graduates of the Haitian education system and, in particular, for novice technicians in vocational and technical training. It was developed with consideration for the sociopolitical context, the state of education, and the unique characteristics of the vocational training sector in Haiti. Due to the growing interest in entrepreneurship, the scientific literature is replete with works on the subject. For this reason, a literature review was conducted during the initial planning stages of the manuscript to provide meaningful support to graduating students. We want them to explore their environment-including its various stakeholders, resources, and structures-in order to develop small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This book offers a step-by-step guide to the process of creating an SME. It begins by exploring one's entrepreneurial potential, moving through the essential stages, defining one's business project, and implementing the business plan. All of this is illustrated with examples drawn from the Haitian context.
