過去50年經營管理的反思——如何轉危為安？ 品管大師戴明的傳世經典經營管理的百科全書變革必須從領導者做起，由上往下帶動，才有可能成功。 本書是品管大師戴明（W. 在這種強調社會整體發展的社會生活範疇之中，面臨各種的決策是無法避免的重要問題。像選擇學校、選擇就職的企業，甚至選擇結婚的對象、決定住宅地點等等。小至選擇電視節目或餐廳的菜色以及選擇服裝等，大至廠址選擇或國外設廠地址的選定甚或核能電廠的評估等。在所有的此種決策中，我們大多是根據設定的目標（Goal）從許多的替代案（Alternatives）之中，依據幾個評價基準（Criteria），來選擇一個或數個可行的替代案。按照如此來想時，人的生活可以說是選擇行為的累積，也是決策的集合。而且，它可以說是在複雜或模糊不清的狀況下依據人的主觀判斷來作決策（Decision-making）。像這樣，決策理論成已為21世紀解決重要課題的關鍵語。在這種時候，以新的決策手法呈現眼前的是美國匹茲堡大學的T.L. Saaty教授所開發的AHP（Analytic Hierarchy Process）與ANP（Analytic Network Process）。AHP&ANP的新穎之處在於只要是人，除了能理性分析之外，任何人所具有的經歷與直覺此種「感覺資訊（feeling information）」在決策過程中仍是重要的要素。所以，在以往的決策手法中對於無法模式化或難以定量化的主題，如使用AHP&ANP即可應付解決。本書提供有AHP&ANP及其他相關決策方法，如FAHP、TOPSIS、DEMENTAL、ISM等，書中也提供分析案例供讀者參考。

全書共分八章來討論中介與干擾分析。第一章中介與干擾簡介，包括名詞定義、SPSS、Amos、PROCESS語法等分析方法的優缺點，也討論中介與干擾異同點。第二章介紹干擾效果的基本概念，包括干擾效果檢定、干擾效果圖，並以例題執行SPSS迴歸、PROCESS語法、Amos等報表解讀、檢定干擾效果及畫干擾效果圖與結論。第三章介紹中介效果的基本概念，包括Sobel、自助法等檢定間接效果，中介分析基本等式及完全中介、部份中介等各種中介型態、間接效果所佔比例，並以例題執行檢定間接效果。而當一個中介因子只部份中介且解釋能力不高時，第四章並進一步介紹多個中介因子，探討個別因子的間接效果、全體的的間接效果及兩個間接效果相差的顯著性。第五章介紹中介與干擾混合模式之基本架構，說明干擾型中介與中介型干擾的差異、條件效果的計算，以Amos貝氏估計檢定間接效果受干擾，畫干擾效果圖，提出混合模式研究架構與研究假設，執行資料分析、畫干擾效果圖及結論。第六章介紹中介與干擾混合進階，討論兩個干擾或兩個中介混合模式，兩個干擾又分成相加干擾與相乘干擾兩種情况，而兩個中介又分成平行中介與序列中介兩種情况，每種模式都討論其研究架構、研究假設，並舉例說明資料分析與畫效果圖及結論。第七章潛在變數的中介與千擾效果，介紹結構方程模式觀念，探討多個無法直接觀測到的建構間之因果關係模式，提出執行SEM常用的三個指標，包括模式卡方值的適合度檢定、測量系統信度、解釋能力R2等，舉例說明有測量系統時以問項平均的單一測量與多個測量變數的估計與檢定的差異。第八章二分類依變數之中介與干擾，介紹羅吉斯迴歸，討論依變數二分類時的中介與干擾問題。
