SOA服務導向架構是一種新興IT軟體架構建置方式，透過底層網路傳輸技術的公開、標準化，達到系統整合、軟體共用以及流程彈性的「即時企業」願景。近年來伴隨全球化競爭，企業對即時回應的IT彈性架構與系統整合需求與日遽增，帶動全球SOA市場發展，包括IT服務與軟體產品應用。北美將持續為最大市場，亞太地區則深具成長潛力。全球SOA市場以金融業、電信業與政府部門為主要應用領域。 以軟體產業發展來看，系統整合與顧問服務為最大市場區隔。軟體大廠相繼推出SOA相關的解決方案，諸如IBM、BEA提供中介軟體工具，Oracle、SAP正在發展下一代的服務導向應用軟體，相關軟體工具尚朝向成熟化發展，SOA技術仍在持續演進過程之中。我國業者也主要朝向專案服務和商用軟體兩個方向發展。 2008年台灣的SOA市場預期可達到新台幣18.2億元，預估至2011年將達到新台幣51.8億元的規模。其中以資訊電子製造業、知識型服務業對SOA採用較高，多數為1,000人以上之大型企業，且較重視商用軟體投資，以及既有系統的整合。我國的SOA市場潛在機會，將可能來自民國百年的資料年序問題，所引發的資訊系統汰換潮商機，以及兩岸經濟政策開發下，所帶來的B2Bi的跨國整合商機。 建議政府提供優惠獎勵方案，鼓勵民間投資，以吸引人才回流。同時推動國際產業開放標準，有利SOA的長遠應用發展。 建議業者的發展策略，首先宜專注特定產業領域和累積專案開發經驗，降低可能的進入風險；其次，即早建立ROI的評估模式，以提升潛在客戶採用意願；最後，透過新創SaaS網路服務模式，以增加新的事業機會。

Candlestick technical analysis is an old trading technique that tracks the short-term price movements by employing the relationship between open, high, low, and close prices. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the predictive power of candlestick trading strategies by using the Taiwan 151 component stocks daily data for the period from 2 January 1992 to 31 December 2009. The main contribution of this thesis is using a fourprice- level approach to categorize the single-line patterns constructed by candlestick charting in a systematical manner. The approach adopted in this thesis permits us to release for the limitation of recognition in a manner not previously possible. Moreover, we not only consider transaction costs and risk but also mitigate data-snooping problems conscientiously by several appropriate methods, including the bootstrap methodology and sub-sample and out-of-sample tests. This study attempts to analyze systematically the rationale, evolution, and consequences of Chiang Kai-shek's "unity before resistance" doctrine, which was the basis of Nanking's appeasement policy. The author argues that there were a number of independent variables that influenced Nanking's attitude toward Japan: 1) the internal disintegration of China; 2) factional conflicts within the Kuomintang; 3) ineffective administration; 4) the vicissitudes of nationalism; 5) the material backwardness of China; and 6) international mediation. All of these factors were interrelated.
