The editors combine expertise on minority languages questions from three different perspectives, Susanna Pertot: Bilingualism, Education and Identity, with emphasis on Slovenes in Italy; Tom Priestly: Language Usage and Ethnolinguistic Identity, with emphasis on the Slovenes in Austria; and Colin Williams: Minority Rights, Legal Issues and Geolinguistics, with emphasis on Welsh.
