Andres J. Pumariega is professor and director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the James H. Quillen College of Medicine, East Tennessee State University. Nancy C. Winters is assistant professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Pediatrics, and director of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Residency Program, at the Oregon Health and Science University. She is the current cochair of the Work Group on Systems of Care of the AACAP.
