商品簡介
A quote from Darwin sets the book's tone: "It's not the strongest of the species that survives nor the most intelligent but the one most responsive to change." Noting that the majority of organizational change efforts fail, Auster (strategic management, York U., Canada) offers a practical approach to staying ahead of the curve that takes into account the dynamic nature and larger context of change. With flowcharts, case examples, tips, and worksheets, the authors explain their multidimensional strategic organizational change framework from diagnosis to continuous improvement. For example, they advise leveraging external stakeholders. Annotation c2005 Book News, Inc., Portland, OR (booknews.com)
