A former Captain in the United States Marine Corps, Vernice "FlyGirl" Armour flew the SuperCobra attack helicopter in the 2003 invasion of Iraq, serving two tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Now an inspirational leadership speaker widely featured in the media, she lives right outside Washington, DC.
