Marnie Old is among the best-known sommeliers and wine educators in the United States. She has created wine lists for many upscale eateries including New York City's Morimoto and Buddakan. She is assistant dean of wine studies at Manhattan's French Culinary Institute and a member of the faculty at Temple University.
