PAUL 'T HART Professor of Political Science at the Australian National University and Professor of Public Administration at Utrecht University, the Netherlands. He is a core faculty member of the Australian New Zealand School of Government as well as of the Netherlands School of Government. His recent books include Governing After Crisis (2008), Dispersed Democratic Leadership (2009), The Real World of EU Accountability (2010).
JOHN UHR Professor of Public Policy in the Crawford School of Economics and Government at the Australian National University, Canberra, Australia. He also directs the Parliamentary Studies Centre at the ANU. His recent books include Terms of Trust (2005) and Public Leadership (2008, co-edited with Paul 't Hart).
