商品簡介
In light of debates over the extent to which the antisemitism of the German National Socialism dominated other European fascist movements, Tilles and Garau (PhD students of European history, U. of London) introduce fascism as a pragmatic screed without a unifying intellectual framework. In eight case studies, scholars compare and contrast the evolution of Italian and British fascist antisemitism in these national contexts. For example, they differentiate between the concept of race as used by the Nazis and Mussolini's brand of fascism. These studies first appeared in a special issue of Jewish Culture and History, V. 11, No. 1-2 [ISSN 1462 169X], published by Vallentine Mitchell & Co. Ltd. Distributed in the US by ISBS.
